Much superior to the Adobe “Help” feature. For use by a novice the index is very very weak. I frequently could not find terms from my college online class I was taking at the same time.
But without the book I would have failed I had never used Illustrator before, but I eked out a “B. I bought this book so I could teach a design class at a college to public relations students.
I went to art school to be an art director but struggles so I changed to copywriting. Had I been taught like this book is teaching me I would have loved Adobe CC and not switched out of being a digital artist.
